Payments

We offer a wide range of payment methods with more coming. Currently we can offer PayPal, Stripe, phone payments and also bank transfer. Stripe enables us to offer card payments from all of the major card firms.

Yes! You can pay using your card in our showroom.
However, we are unable to accept American Express with collection payments.
We are able to take card payments over the phone.
However, we are unable to accept American Express with phone payments.

Absolutely! We don’t save or store ANY of your card details on our servers.
The checkout form you use to fill in your card details is hosted on Stripes domain so your details never touch our servers.
We also always have a valid SSL certificate and ensure that our customers can only check out using the secure HTTPS protocol.From Stripe’s security documents: All card numbers are encrypted at rest with AES-256. Decryption keys are stored on separate machines. None of Stripe’s internal servers and daemons can obtain plaintext card numbers but can request that cards are sent to a service provider on a static allowlist. Stripe’s infrastructure for storing, decrypting, and transmitting card numbers runs in a separate hosting environment, and doesn’t share any credentials with Stripe’s primary services
Through Stripe we accept: Visa Debit, Visa Credit, MasterCard and American Express.
We offer both card payments using our payment processor Stripe and also PayPal

Refunds

Any orders that were placed in error or you no longer need/want, we are able to issue a refund within 30 days from the date of original order.

Orders will be refunded on the condition that they not been used, fitted and are undamaged in the original packaging with any fixings that were supplied.

You will only be refunded your delivery cost if the return is as a result of our error (e.g. a faulty product, or incorrect shipment). If we agree to provide you with a refund we will credit your credit/debit card account within 30 days of receipt of the returned product.

You may cancel your order at any time prior to the order being dispatched. Please note that you may not receive a dispatch notification even if your order has been dispatched, in this case we would be unable to issue the refund.

To help us issue your refund in the quickest possible time please supply us with either a copy of the original order invoice or invoice number, both can be found under the order history in your account.

Once processed, depending on the bank’s processing time, it can take anywhere from 5-10 business days to show up in your bank account.

Once processed, PayPal refunds are instant and should show in your account straight away.
