Any items that are being returned must be returned to us in the condition you received it. The product must be unused, in the original packaging and returned with any fixings or fasteners that we’ve supplied.
To help us issue your refund in the quickest possible time please supply us with either a copy of the original order invoice or invoice number, both can be found under the order history in your account (Order History)
